Mike Clift

Director

Mike is a Director and Senior Trainer at Seahaven Maritime Academy. He has many years of professional experience within the Maritime Industry and has an excellent reputation for teaching. He has a real care for the training process and is dedicated to providing his students with a positive and meaningful training experience.

Sam Scott

Office Manager
Sam runs our administration operation and sees to it that eveything is running smoothly. She is a highly experienced and capable Office Manager and is always available to help with enquiries about our training courses. Sam is the glue that binds our operation together, an invaluable member of our team who keeps the wheels turning through thick and thin.

Peter Phillips

Engineer
Peter is our Engineering & Maintenance expert and can fix anything, quickly and without any fuss. Peter helps ensure that our equipment is at its best at all times and ready for our valued students when they attend our courses. In keeping our operation running at its best, he is a rock and we don’t know what we’d do without him.

Mark Osborne

Lead Fire Team Instructor

Mark is very highly experienced and qualified Fire Instructor, he is highly trained but also very hands on and does a first class job of leading the team. When it comes to fire training, you really couldn’t be in better hands.

Spencer Paul

Chris a competent and skilled instructor who takes his job very seriously. He takes great pride that his job is an important one and that his high standard of training really can and does save lives. Neil is a highly experienced web developer and spent many years as an IT Contractor working for Merchant Banks in the City Of London. He oversees the website and web marketing strategy for Seahaven Maritime Academy and also runs Jaguar Web Design, a busy IT Consultancy located on the South Coast.

Captain Jack

Senior Maritime Canine Officer
Jack is the youngest member of the team, but very much in charge, and likes to meet everybody personally to see how they are getting along with their coursework at the academy. His intuitive canine wisdom, impressive for such a young seafarer, always gives us paws for thought and he’s always got a bone to pick if he’s not happy that everybody is working very hard to provide our students with the best possible training experience.
